• UPI Payments: 3–7 business days
• Debit/Credit Cards: 5–10 business days
• Net Banking: 5–10 business days

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Provide your order number.
3. Share photographs or videos showing the issue.

After verification, ArLeaf may offer:

• Replacement of the product,
• Store credit, or
• Refund, depending on the situation.

6. Shipping Charges

• Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs may be covered by ArLeaf if the return is due to our error, damaged products, or incorrect deliveries.
• For customer-initiated returns, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

7. Failed Deliveries

Orders returned due to:

• Incorrect address,
• Customer unavailability,
• Refusal to accept delivery,

may be subject to additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

Refunds in such cases may be adjusted for shipping and handling expenses.

8. Refund Exceptions

ArLeaf reserves the right to refuse refunds if:

• Fraudulent activity is suspected.
